Lessons have been assigned to them based on their diagnostic test results both in Math and Reading. Within each lesson are brain break games. The district is pushing a goal of 45 minutes per week on Online Lessons in ELA and 45 minutes per week in Math to close the gaps found in the diagnostic. Math and ELA are providing some of that time during the week, but not all.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Gives the user the ability to take something that's 3D and represent it in 2D. It is essential to all industries that use 3D modeling like architects, engineers and game designers!
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will complete starter lessons on TinkerCAD and soon answer questions based on what you completed!

On Size it...
Raise the first box up 30 mm
Remember: to raise an object, pull up on the black cone (and enter the amount in the box to be exact!)
On Size it...
Lower the second box 15 mm
Rotate the third box 45°
Remember: to lower an object, pull DOWN on the black cone (and enter the amount in the box to be exact!)
On Size it...
Rotate the third box 45° (like the picture)
Remember: to ROTATE an object, click on the rounded double arrow (and enter the amount in the box to be exact!)
On Group It...
Add a RED BOX to the Workplane
Click on the BOTTOM RIGHT WHITE HANDLE
Change the bottom dimension to (Width) to 125 (enter 125 in the box)
Change the Right dimension to (Width) to 35 (enter 35 in the box)
Now...
Click on the CENTER WHITE HANDLE
Change the HEIGHT to 10 (enter 10 in the box)
NOTE: the dimension of the box is now 125W x 35L x 10H
Add your name to the workplane!
TIP: Do NOT place your name on the box, it will be on top because the Cruise will stack it!
Click on the CENTER WHITE HANDLE
Change the height of your name to 20 (enter 20 in the box)
Now...
Move your name to the center of the new box
Make your name a HOLE...
With your name selected, click the HOLE icon in the shapes dialog box
Select and Group...
Select the box AND your name and Group them!
What happened?
What other shapes can you group?
Place two different shapes on the workplane and group them!
Don't Forget!
EVERYDAY we will add our names to the workplane!
Click on the TEXT tool on the right and drag over onto the workplane
Now...
In the Inspector box, type your FIRST NAME!
Each lesson we do you will be required to add your name!
